“I have had the privilege to work with, be mentored by, taught by, coached by, and directed by Jeff for over 10 years. During those years, it was never a question as to whether I was meeting expectations on Jeff’s part because his clarity and direction of processes were always in place. Jeff laid out the groundwork for competency and stayed with the process until the lights went out. In other words, he didn’t just direct; he stayed in the trenches until all team members had bought into the goal and took ownership of their responsibilities.
