Jeff Needham entered the insurance industry in 2008 as an agency owner, building on years of experience managing and owning businesses where he dealt firsthand with risk and coverage challenges. Over the next 12 years, Jeff became a trusted voice in the community, hosting a monthly radio show dedicated to educating people on how insurance really works—cutting through the jargon and helping families make informed decisions.

Driven by a passion for clarity and service, Jeff founded Needham Solutions Group to provide individuals and businesses with tailored solutions and a high level of personal attention. Through a discovery-first approach, Jeff helps clients uncover what truly matters to them and ensures their policies deliver the protection they expect. Unlike traditional agencies, Jeff limits the number of clients he works with to maintain a boutique level of service. His philosophy is simple: financial freedom and security aren’t one-size-fits-all—they require thoughtful planning, transparency, and trust.

Beyond his professional work, Jeff has a long history of community involvement. He served as a volunteer for the National Cherry Festival for 26 years, including as Director of Parades and later as President of the 96th National Cherry Festival Board of Directors. After moving to Texas, Jeff became actively involved in his church, deepening his commitment to faith and service.

Jeff is a devoted father of four—two boys and two girls. His life is anchored in his faith: Jesus Christ is his Lord and Savior, and family and friends follow closely behind.
